Midjourney has acquired the astrology app Co-Star, with founder Banu Guler joining as Chief Design Officer while retaining control of the app. The deal, which closed in spring, will have Guler help build Midjourney's first apps, including an image generation app. Co-Star reaches 35 percent of young US users with tens of millions of downloads.
