Ex-xAI engineer sues over Grok safety firing

Devin Kim, a former xAI engineer, filed a lawsuit in California state court on Tuesday claiming he was fired for raising AI safety concerns about the Grok chatbot. The suit alleges Grok could foment discrimination and spread weapons-of-mass-destruction information. The filing comes days before SpaceX's planned IPO.
