Android 17 brings parental controls to all devices

Google expanded Android parental controls to all devices running Android 17. The on-device settings, previously Pixel-exclusive in late 2025, let parents set screen time limits, downtime schedules, and app filters. Changes require a PIN. Google also increased support for its digital well-being fund.
