Higharc Raises $95M Series C for AI Homebuilding

Higharc, a Durham, North Carolina-based AI-native homebuilding platform, raised $95 million in Series C funding led by Insight Partners. The round brings total funding to over $170 million. Higharc will scale AI product development and expand its platform, including a new AI Estimating product for building materials distributors through a partnership with US LBM.
