Ripple wants institutions to borrow against tokenized assets on XRPL

Ripple proposed an XRPL Lending Protocol letting institutions borrow against on-chain assets while keeping credit decisions off the blockchain. The system pools assets in Single Asset Vaults and automates loan mechanics at the XRP Ledger base layer. Features are live only on a test network and pending validator approval.
