WiseTech co-founder White steps down as chair

Richard White stepped down as executive chair of WiseTech Global but remains an executive director and chief innovation officer. Raelene Murphy became independent chair. The change follows an Australian Federal Police investigation into White over allegations he exploited a woman's immigration status for sex, which he denies. Shares rose 10.6% after the announcement.
