Microsoft is expanding its use of AI to find Windows vulnerabilities earlier, leading to more security updates per release. The company's MDASH multi-model agentic scanning harness, introduced in May, discovered 16 vulnerabilities, four rated Critical. AI will work alongside engineers to accelerate patching and reduce zero-day attack opportunities.
