Hugging Face introduced a new diagnostic tool and guideline system to improve the reliability of AI agents. Their Consistency Analyzer identifies decision points where an agent's output is unstable, even when the task is successful on average. By generating targeted guidelines from these points, they cut the consistency gap for a GPT-4.1 agent on the AppWorld benchmark from 24.4 percentage points to 12.0 points.
