Paris-based quantum computing scale-up Pasqal began trading on Nasdaq after completing its business combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II. The transaction leaves the company with approximately €309 million ($360 million) in cash at closing, earmarked to accelerate quantum technology deployment, expand manufacturing capacity, and advance fault-tolerant quantum computing.
