BYD Tests Ultra-Luxury Yangwang Sedan

BYD's Yangwang is testing a flagship electric sedan in China, about 5.5 meters long with rear-hinged coach doors. Reports say it will be BYD's first EV with solid-state batteries, debuting in October and costing over 2 million yuan (nearly $300,000). BYD plans limited solid-state battery production in 2027.
