Supercell acquires Metacore and Merge Mansion

Supercell completed the full acquisition of Metacore and its title Merge Mansion. The game surpassed 60 million downloads and $600 million in lifetime revenue. Tencent, which acquired a majority stake in Supercell for $8.6 billion in 2016, expands its casual gaming portfolio through the deal.
