ARMSX2 Refresh brings native Arm code to Android

ARMSX2 Refresh, a PS2 emulator using native Arm code for faster performance and improved compatibility, is now available on Android. The update includes an emulator core based on PCSX2 version 2.7, improved default settings, and game-specific fixes. It is currently available via GitHub and Discord, with a Play Store update planned.
