Citadel drops Portofino suit, seeks bankruptcy

Citadel abandoned its U.S. trade secrets lawsuit against crypto market maker Portofino Technologies, concluding further litigation would yield another unpaid judgment. The firm instead petitioned the High Court in London to bankrupt Portofino co-founder Leo Lancia over a nearly 6 million-pound unpaid arbitration award.
