Xbox Cloud Gaming adds pay-as-you-go option

Microsoft will let anyone access Xbox Cloud Gaming in November without an Xbox Game Pass subscription, purchasing cloud playtime hours through the Xbox Store. Game Pass Ultimate subscribers face a new 15-hour monthly limit. Microsoft is also testing free, ad-supported cloud gaming for Xbox Insiders.
