A20 chip for iPhone 18 Pro gets two big upgrades

Apple's A20 Pro chip for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Ultra will use TSMC's 2-nanometer process for greater power and efficiency. It will also adopt Wafer-Level Multi-Chip Module packaging, integrating SoC and DRAM at the wafer level for better AI and gaming performance.
