Huawei Confirms In-House HiSilicon Sensor

Huawei confirms its XMAGE Z10 camera uses an in-house HiSilicon 1-inch sensor. Xu Songyu, head of wireless terminal chip product management, announced this at the 2026 Kirin media briefing on October 13 in Shanghai. The Kirin 9050 series will work with this new self-developed CMOS image sensor.
