Samsung Electronics and five affiliates are investing $1 billion in Helix Digital Infrastructure, the AI infrastructure firm launched in June by KKR and backed by Nvidia. Samsung Electronics contributes $500 million. Led by former AWS CEO Adam Selipsky, Helix targets hyperscale data centers, power generation and fiber networks, adding to over $10 billion already committed.
