Paris-based proptech startup Rivage raised €1.5 million to grow annual recurring revenue from €200,000 to €5 million by 2027. The company builds AI-powered property management software for French rental agencies. French accounting rules make it harder for US rivals to compete. Kima Ventures led the round.
