Taiwan prosecutors detained an Nvidia employee surnamed Chang on July 24 in connection with alleged illegal export of Super Micro AI servers containing Nvidia chips to China. The Keelung District Prosecutors' Office cited flight risk and evidence tampering concerns. Charges include forgery and breach of trust.
