Axera unveiled the AX8860 edge AI chip series at CIIF 2026 in Shanghai. The 6-nanometer chip delivers up to 256 TOPS of mixed-precision compute with native FP4 support. It offers up to 273 GB/s memory bandwidth and up to 128 GB of LPDDR5X memory for factory floors and robots.
