Robinhood launches YC startup fund at $25

Robinhood Ventures Fund II will trade on the NYSE under RVII, offering 7.6 million shares at $25 each. The closed-end fund invests in Y Combinator startups, with Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, JPMorgan, UBS, and Wells Fargo underwriting. Fees are 2% management plus 20% incentive.
