Anthropic Claude models get global release after US safety review

The US lifted export curbs on Anthropic's Claude models Fable 5 and Mythos 5. Fable 5 is now available globally. US organizations regained Mythos 5 access on June 26. Anthropic is working with the government to expand Mythos access through the Glasswing program for cybersecurity researchers.
