Amazon ECS speeds auto scaling with high-res metrics

Amazon ECS service auto scaling now supports high-resolution 20-second metrics, cutting scale-out trigger time from 363 to 86 seconds (76% faster) and total provisioning time from 386 to 109 seconds (72% faster). The feature works across Fargate, ECS Managed Instances, and EC2, with additional CloudWatch costs.
