Mubadala tokenizes private markets fund with Coinbase

Mubadala Capital partnered with Coinbase and KAIO to tokenize its evergreen private markets fund as a regulated on-chain token. Coinbase will use its Base blockchain and buy the token for its balance sheet. KAIO has drawn about $75 million in capital for the fund, which also runs on Solana and Sui.
