Bihar transport secretary Raj Kumar warned Ola, Uber, Rapido, and Savari Mithila that their operating licences will be cancelled if they do not comply with new transparency directions by October 30. The companies must disclose night and cancellation charges, provide a Hindi chatbot, and increase in-app message display time from two seconds to 10 seconds.
