Sam Altman-backed bitcoin insurer Meanwhile raised $37.5 million in a Bain Capital Crypto-led round on Thursday, bringing total funding to $180 million. The Bermuda-based company signed 15 brokers serving clients in Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong and the UAE to expand outside the U.S. and integrate cryptocurrency into traditional wealth management products.
