Indian-American Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi was the only one of six Indian-American House members to vote for the Russia sanctions bill, breaking with fellow Democrats. The bill passed 262-159 and proposes 100% tariffs on top Russian oil buyers, potentially affecting India and China.
