Sandbox persistence is now GA

Vercel Sandboxes now automatically save and restore filesystem state between sessions with persistence on by default. Each sandbox gets a durable, customizable name for easy resume. Automatic snapshots are billed separately from compute. Users can opt out for ephemeral workloads to minimize storage costs.
