Google Tests AI Search Opt-Out for UK Sites

Google is testing a toggle in Search Console to let website owners exclude their domains from AI Overviews and AI Mode. The opt-out is currently available to a subset of UK websites and will expand globally after testing. Excluding a site does not affect its ranking in regular Google Search. The feature addresses complaints from website owners about AI-generated content. Google began testing the toggle early Wednesday.
