Singeli: High-Level Interface for Low-Level Programming

Singeli is a domain-specific language for building high-performance algorithms with flexible abstractions over low-level code. Implemented in BQN, it has a frontend that emits IR and a backend that converts it to C. The language is now considered stable with 5k lines in production in CBQN, featuring a metaprogramming system with generators for compile-time code generation.
