Anthropic Shut Down Fable 5 Over Identity Rules

Anthropic disabled Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all customers hours after a June 12 US export control directive. The order barred foreign nationals from accessing the models, including Anthropic's own non-citizen employees. The company complied by pulling the models globally.
