Starlink Gets IN-SPACe Approval in July 2025

Starlink received its IN-SPACe authorisation in July 2025, joining Eutelsat OneWeb which got approval in November 2023. Reliance Jio obtained its GMPCS licence in March 2022. Despite these milestones, no company has launched satellite internet services in India yet as security assessments remain underway for all three operators.
