Crypto analytics firm Chainalysis proposes standards for blockchain tracing

Chainalysis published a proposed ontology for blockchain analytics on Monday. The standards aim to help investigators trace funds to wallet clusters and identify wallets controlled by the same entity. Chief scientist Jacob Illum said the proposal is intended to start a conversation about blockchain analytics.
