Ninja targets Delivery Hero's Middle East assets

Ninja, founded by Ebrahim Al-Jassim who built HungerStation, is considering a bid for parts of Delivery Hero's Middle East business including Talabat and HungerStation. The move challenges Uber's €10 billion takeover attempt which was rejected but followed by Uber acquiring 37% of Delivery Hero's shares.
