Perplexity's Local AI Agent Launches on Windows

Perplexity has released its Portable Computer local AI agent for Windows, in partnership with Nvidia. The software, previously Linux-only, enables multistep tasks on a user's PC without consuming cloud credits. It requires a Perplexity Pro or Max subscription and a system with at least 24GB of VRAM from an Nvidia GeForce RTX or RTX PRO GPU.
