Dutch firm Prosus flagged artificial intelligence and agentic AI as potential business risks in its latest annual report. Its fintech arm, PayU, reported an operational profit of $18 million for fiscal year 2026 after exiting negative margin businesses. Revenue rose to $781 million driven by value-added services and SaaS offerings within the payments segment.
