The US Commerce Department ordered Anthropic to cut off foreign nationals from its most capable model, Mythos, and sibling Fable 5. Unable to separate users in real time, Anthropic pulled both models offline for every user globally. The order pushed Europe's cybersecurity agency ENISA out of the preview program Glasswing.
