Solstice Advanced Materials, a Honeywell spinoff, agreed to acquire Element Solutions in a $14.5 billion cash-and-stock deal. The combined company will supply materials for semiconductor manufacturing, electronics, and AI data centers. Solstice shares fell nearly 13% on the announcement. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
