Vercel adopts uv for faster Python builds

Vercel now uses uv, a Rust-based Python package manager, as the default for all Python builds. The change makes builds 30-65% faster and adds support for uv.lock and pyproject.toml dependency files alongside requirements.txt and Pipfile.
