Rivian recalled 98,828 R1S, R1T and R2 vehicles because a software fault lets a stability control alert overlap the rear-view camera image, violating federal safety standards. The R2, delivered just three months ago, accounts for 2,481 units. An over-the-air update already fixed most affected vehicles before the recall was issued.
