Court Upholds Anthropic Supply Chain Risk Label

A federal appeals court ruled 2-1 on Friday that the Pentagon can keep Anthropic on its supply chain risk list, allowing the removal of Claude models from Defense Department systems. The dispute began in February when President Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth accused Anthropic of endangering national security. Anthropic says it disagrees and is weighing further review.
