macOS 28 Drops Encrypted HFS+ Support

Starting with macOS 28, Apple will no longer support encrypted Mac OS Extended (HFS+) volumes. Users must decrypt or reformat such volumes as APFS to continue using them. Unencrypted HFS+ volumes will still be supported.
