Isar Aerospace launched its Spectrum rocket into low-Earth orbit Saturday from Andøya Spaceport in Norway, becoming the first fully commercial European launch vehicle to reach orbit. The 92-foot-tall rocket lifted off at 4:12 pm EST. Founded in 2018 by three students, Isar now leads Europe's launch startups.
