Bombay HC Rejects Meta Plea In Blink Digital Suit

The Bombay High Court rejected Meta's request to move advertising agency Blink Digital India's roughly ₹1,000 Cr suit to the US. Blink Digital sued over four disabled Meta Business Manager accounts, seeking restoration and compensation. Meta's counsel Janak Dwarakadas has two weeks to file a reply affidavit; Blink gets a week to respond. The hearing is set for October 12.
