CircleCI Releases Machine Runner Orchestrator 1.0

CircleCI has made Machine Runner Orchestrator 1.0.0 generally available, automating scaling of self-hosted machine runner VMs for CI workloads. It supports CPU, GPU and ARM workloads from one deployment, plus GKE, AKS, EKS and KubeVirt. The release fixes two high-severity Go gRPC vulnerabilities, CVE-2026-84304 and CVE-2026-84445. Existing preview users must uninstall and reinstall, causing a brief runner outage.
