Trump Launches America.gov AI Chatbot

On September 29, President Trump signed an executive order creating America.gov, a federal AI chatbot built on Gemini and Grok that helps citizens navigate government services. Privacy experts found it collects little user data and blocks personally identifiable information via the Rampart classifier. About half of Americans use AI chatbots, but experts say it does not fix underlying government complexity.
