TAR Raises $27M for Data Center Power

Green energy startup TAR raised a $27 million seed round for modular on-site power systems combining solar, batteries, wind, and gas turbines. The systems aim to provide 24/7 power without relying on the grid. Lack of power, not chips or models, was the main constraint on AI growth in 110 of 123 simulated futures.
