Porsche Valet Fails to Charge Cayenne

A driver at a hotel found the Porsche Cayenne Electric battery unchanged after valet staff used the wrong port. The vehicle has a Tesla NACS port for DC charging and a J1772 port for AC charging, but the staff plugged the car into a standard Level 2 charger instead of the DC system, leaving the state of charge exactly the same as when the driver left.
