Apple's iPhone 18 Pro will cost roughly 38 percent more to build than the iPhone 17 Pro due to soaring memory prices, TrendForce estimates. Memory now accounts for about 34 percent of component costs, up from 10 percent a year ago. Higher retail prices are unavoidable.
