Red Bull Chief Engineer Paul Monaghan is reportedly close to joining Cadillac Formula 1 in a senior technical role. Team boss Laurent Mekies declined to comment on the rumor. Monaghan has been with Red Bull since 2005. Several key Red Bull figures have already departed in recent years.
